Climate

The UAE has a sub-tropical and arid climate. Rainfall is infrequent and irregular. Falling mainly in winter, it amounts to some 13 centimetres a year.

Temperatures range from a low of about 10 degrees Celsius to a high of 48 degrees Celsius. The mean daily maximum is 24 degrees in January rising to 41 degrees in July.

Geography The United Arab Emirates (UAE) comprises seven members: Abu Dhabi (the capital city), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. To the east, a range of mountains lies close to the Gulf of Oman and forms a backbone through the Mussandam Peninsula. The western interior of the country, most of it in Abu Dhabi, consists mainly of desert interspersed with oases.

Sunshine, shopping, seaside, sports and safety - five of the key ingredients that have earned Dubai a growing reputation as one of the world's most attractive and rapidly developing leisure destinations.

Considered one of the most luxurious cities in the world, Dubai is located on the southern coast of Persian gulf are visited annually by thousands of tourists. Its beautiful parks and gardens as a corola placed around the city, creates a soothing atmosphere, away from the bustle of big daily. Jumeirah Beach Park, Dubai Creekside, Deira City Center are true oases of green and attractive places to play for children.  From high in the mountains, Dubai has a natural beauty and very varied. The more than 200 stores with jewelry and textiles gate you think the atmosphere of "A thousand and one nights". In Dubai is located the famous Burj al Arab hotel, an architectural marvel, one of the few hotels in the world of 7 stars and most luxurious hotel that was ever built.

Dubai Museum: is located in Al Fahidi fort in one of the oldest buildings in town, built in 1787. Initially it was a fortress to defend the sea coast, large parts of the museum is preserving the original. The museum contains many objects of art designed to show aspects of social life, economic and professional people of the city since ancient times. Also find architectural pieces such as rocks, pots, metal objects, engraved stones, skeletons and some of them dating from about 4000 years. Time across the building served as the seat of government, armory, and even jail. For the first time the museum was opened to visitors in 1971.

Ski Dubai: is known to be one of the biggest covered ski tracks in the world, first in Middle East. It is one of the parts Mall of the Emirates on the 3 place in the world after the largest in North America. At least 3,500 barrels of oil are consumed daily to maintain a constant temperature of -1, -2 degrees Celsius. All tourists can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, sleighing year in a world in which snow is rarity.
