1. Access Masters Tour

Access Master Tour project is one of four big projects of Advent Group, an international media agency, specialized in Higher Education. Its mission is “to develop awareness about international business education opportunities”. They are trying to provide prospective students with holistic support, from selecting the right program to guiding them successfully through the Admissions process.

Each year, the Access Master tour gives the chance for thousands of prospective students to meet one of the representatives from leading business schools around the world through One-to-One meetings. This kind of meetings will help candidates being better informed about their future University and/or their future Master program.

The Access Masters Tour is welcoming any English-speaking undergraduate or graduate student, which is interested in a Master’s or MBA program in Management, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or Science & Technology domain. The biggest advantage of this fair is being free of charge to everybody that registered online. Every candidate must fill out an online registration form, in which he/she is required to present his/hers educational background, employment history, Master program preferences and as well as budget or means of funding the future educational program.

On Saturday, November 19, the fair’s second edition started at 15:30 and lasted until 20:30. The fair were divided in many stages, such as: Meet school representatives in group -20 minutes; Get advice and support from Access Masters consulting team; and Have the chance to speak in detail with all participating business schools during the Open Session.

2. Time period of the fair

The fair period is usually at the end of the year, from October thru December. This year, Access Masters Tour has made this fair available in 18 countries around the world. The first one took place on the 1st of October in Paris, and then the rest of them are as follows: October in Moscow, October 22 in Mexico city, October 29 in Sao Paulo, 9th of November in New Delhi, 15th of November in Bangalore. The next fairs are on November 30 in Beirut and the last one of the year is on December 3, in Istanbul.

The main reason that Access Master Tour chose this period is because in order to be well prepared for the whole process of application, Students need to be well informed, prepared, and ready for every step. So the time when universities start is the most favorable one for such a fair, also one academic year is the relevant interval of time in which students decide what they want, where they want to go and start preparing for this “adventure”.

3. The fair in Romania

The event was held at Radisson BLU Hotel, one of famous five stars hotels in Bucharest. Its position is right in the middle of the city, on Calea Victoriei, number 63-81. In terms of accessibility, it is very easy to get there by metro from Romana Square or getting different buses transportation, within 3-6 minutes walking. The hotel also has its own parking lot and a valley so you can access it by personal transportation as well. Although Blu Radisson hotel is an expensive hospitality in Bucharest, but here, you will receive the best services offered you. For international companies, this is the best place to organize different events when you have the possibility of booking a room there and stay overnight.
