1.Introduction
Marketing research is very important for an organization activity and especially for the marketing system.
I chose this theme named ”Opinions and attitudes of the people from Brasov regarding the mobile services offer provided by mobile phone operators in Romania” because I belive that is very important in first of all to have a cell phone and to be aware of the mobile services offer that a provider can give.
The reason I chose to conduct a marketing research about this theme is because nowadays we get calls from operators who are trying to convince us that they have the best offer for us and they are the only and the best mobile services provider in Romania and a lot of the people from Brasov take the bait.
Is very important to know the advantages and the disadvantages when you sign a subscription , to be aware of the all hidden details and is important to be carrefoul evan when you recharge your prepay card.

• A large part of the population of Brasov want a particular mobile service provider considering mainly the coverage of the territory;
