Organizational Relations:
- Authority relationships:
Hierarchical relationships: it is subordinated to the department manager and to the manager of account (Account Manager)
Functional relations:
- Internal: with the managers of departments (to approve procedures of
organization and operation of the main processes within the company: contracting, sales, supply, etc.).
- External: with suppliers and other business partners
Relations of cooperation: collaboration with advertising agencies, the departments of Customer Service, Strategy, IT, Creative, Traffic, Administration.
Relations of representation: the advertising agent represents the interests of the organization in meetings with clients, but also during his/her free time, respecting the confidentiality clauses.
Control relations: not entitled to control other persons. The activity of the employee will be controlled by the department manager and by the account manager.
Promotion possibilities: the employee has the possibility to promote as manager of account (Account Manager) after a favorable evaluation after at least 2 years of experience as Account Executive. After 3-4 years of experience as Account Manager, the employee has the option to promote to the job of Account Director. The next step in promotion is the position of Group Account Director. After at least 4 years of experience in this job, the employee has the possibility to become director of the Customer Service department.
3. Job description
The goal of the job: Managing advertising campaigns.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- discussion about products, services and advertising requirements for each customer;
- establishment of meetings with customers or other staff inside the agency.
- media summarizing, involvement in the creative work and research, formulate marketing strategies;
- act as a link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining the contact between them by efficient communication;
- Checking the status of the campaigns;
- Negotiation with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
- Present the plans for the campaign to the clients for approval;
- Respect deadlines and work assignments;
- Management of the budgets and resources;
- Drawing up of reports;
- Assuming administrative tasks;
- Managing the profitability of the accounts;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the campaigns.
4. Job requirements
The psychological, sociological and professional profile of the employee
University degree in Communication and Public Relations, Foreign Languages or Marketing.
Training in the fields:
Advertising
Marketing
Foreign Languages
Communication
Economy
Foreign Languages: English-medium, Spanish-medium.
Experience: Minimum in an advertising agency so that the employee is familiar with the operation of an advertising agency.
Technical competences: PC, Microsoft Office.
Skills:
- excellent interpersonal skills and team work;
- a proactive approach and very organized, ability to motivate, to persuade and to address a wide range of people, starting with people in the creative department and ending with the clients;
- a special passion for the field of advertising and an understanding of what makes a successful advertiser
