1. Definition
The civil juridical relation represents the social relation of patrimonial or non patrimonial character occurring between individuals and/or legal entities enjoying a legal status of equality, relation which is governed by a specific legal norm of the Civil Law.
2. Structure of the civil juridical relation
The structure of any civil juridical relation is based on three elements : subject, object and contents.
2.1 Subjects of the juridical civil relation
Subjects of the juridical civil relation are individuals and legal entities holders of rights and obligations.

2.1.1. Categories of subjects of the Civil Law
(A) INDIVIDUALS, refers to persons as individuals holding rights and bearing obligations and who are identified through three elements:
name,
domicile and
marital status.
